Our Fall Breakfast Staple, Spiced Apple Oats

I’m a big breakfast gal and like to mix it up (I get bored of smoothies and toast every day), this recipe is one that did not disappoint. These oats are full of fibre to keep you full longer, as well as healthy fats and protein. Also I can't help but love these seasonal spices that are perfect on a fall day! Total Time: 10-20 minutes (depending on the oats you use) Ingredients: ½ cup of organic oats (I like to use Red Mill oats they’re high in protein) ½ cup Nut Mylk (I prefer The Tahiti or The Rishikesh with this recipe) ½ cup water 1 small gala apple (diced) 1 tbspn pure maple or honey (option to use whatever sweetener you like best) ½ tspn lemon juice 1 tspn pure vanilla 1 tspn cinnamon ¼

I realized the other day that I’ve never “formally” introduced myself (whoops).
