My love for coffee started with my high school job working as a barista at Starbucks (side note I LOVED this job and had so much fun doing it). OK, I have not been this excited about a new flavour in a while, so much so that we may need to add this to our lineup of staples, it’s THAT good.

So why charcoal? My colleague and I (Surya I love you) were brainstorming some ideas on what a good seasonal feature would be to start the new year, we were chatting through ideas such as mushroom blends and other adaptogens, but nothing stood out more than her suggestion to incorporate charcoal.
