A New Outlook on Health with Food Sensitivity Testing

October 5, 2017

Now days we receive an overwhelming amount of content regarding health, what foods to eat what to avoid etc. but the reality is everyone’s bodies are different someone may thrive eating kale, while someone else may have issues digesting it causing inflammation and adding stress on the body.

Food sensitivity testing will provide you with a ‘roadmap’ and a path to optimal health with foods that your body needs.

So what is food sensitivity exactly?  It is Computerized sensitivity testing, a non-invasive, pain-free, and highly developed method of determining imbalances in the body. The process involves measuring electrical conductivity by touching on acupuncture points on the hands using a handheld stylus. This system allows you to test for specific food sensitivities, vitamin/mineral imbalances and digestive problems.

Through this process I learned so much about my body, grains were making me inflamed, along with legumes, and other proteins that my body was having issues digesting. Additionally, I learned that I need to cut back dark leafy greens like Brussel sprouts, broccoli and cabbage.

This test also showed that levels of stress were high causing added stress on my stomach #entrepreneuriallife… Lastly my love affair with coffee, I knew this was coming and that I really need to cut back and work towards switching to decaf coffee, matcha and other coffee alternatives.
