The Perfect Bliss Balls


As a huge snack girl, these bliss balls are an all-time fave and the perfect way to make use of nut pulp! They’re super easy and the recipe is more like a guide so feel free to add your fave superfoods and ingredients.

Total Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 18 bliss balls

Ingredients:

1 cup nut pulp

1 cup dates

½ cup nut butter (any kind you like)

2 tablespoons maple

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ cup of pumpkin seeds (or whatever seeds you like cashews would be really good too)

¼ cup coconut oil

½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup oats

¼ cup hemp hearts

1 tablespoon flax

Instructions:

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients: Almond pulp (if you don’t have almond pulp just leave it out), oats, hemp hearts, cinnamon, flax and pink salt

In a food processor or vitamix blend pumpkin seeds and dates until they’re broken down into small pieces

In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients: Nut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Melt for 30 seconds in microwave or in a glass bowl over boiling water. This will make evenly combining ingredients a lot easier!

Pour your wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix together with clean hands. Once combined form one inch balls, refrigerate and enjoy!!
