All About the B's

You’ve probably heard about B vitamins and how they play an important roll in your health, but what exactly do B vitamins do and how can you incorporate more of them into you diet?


Referred to as vitamin B complex, the eight B vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 — are key in keeping our bodies running like well-oiled machines. As for food, nuts are an awesome way to add B-vitamins making our fresh Mylks a perfect way to get these vitamins in, specifically The Blue Moon Mylk, which has a fully serving of E3 live, an algae that’s rich in vitamins and trace minerals including B’s!
